My card is being declined even though all information is correct. What do I do?

If you are experiencing unexpected declines, please reach out to us immediately. These declines can occur for various reasons, not all of which are attributable to malicious activity.


Typically, we will have more information on the reasons why the card is being declined, along with the following steps you should take. And for your peace of mind, it’s good to know that it’s not something nefarious.


For declines with BNPL payment methods, please get in touch with the provider’s support directly, unless the decline occurs after you have been approved for financing. Since these are loans, we don’t have access to their reasons for denial. You will receive a reason for denial by mail and/or email as required by law.
