Am I being tracked while I shop here?

We understand that privacy while shopping is important to some, so we wanted to be transparent on how we track user behavior.


Our primary analytics platform is Matomo Analytics. We chose this platform as it does not require us to host or send analytics data off-site for processing. However, a Google Tag is also present on this site. This Google tag only sends data off-site when you visit from Google Shopping; however, it does not send data off-site when you visit from other sources.


We use analytics to understand how you use the site, and also importantly, what you're buying. While we'd like to think we have a good idea of what people want, in reality, that's not always the case.


In any case, no tracking data is directly linked to you, except for order data. This order data is synced with our customer service platform. Agents do not have access to payment information, nor do we accept phone credit card payments.


This is for your security. While we may offer phone payments in the future, this is something that requires additional training and security measures, and we're just not that big yet :)
