Creating an account

While creating an account is not required to shop on our site, we strongly recommend doing so. Doing so offers several key benefits:

• The ability to create wishlists
• Quicker checkout
• Easier order tracking
• Easy support ticket creation and monitoring within My Account

With an account, you'll also be able to access information on prior orders, making it easier to provide proof of purchase should you ever need support.

We also provide exclusive sales and discount codes to our subscribers through our newsletter. Typically, you will receive around two emails per month, except during our larger sale periods in July, November, and December.

How is my personal information stored and protected?

Cirrusly Weather does not store any payment information locally. When you make a purchase, our third-party payment processor, Stripe, handles this through secure, encrypted channels. We have implemented several layers of protection against malicious actors, and our agents, including AI agents, do not have direct access to our payment systems.

Agents have access to contact information and can assist you with modifying or correcting it. However, the easiest and quickest way to do so is through My Account.
