My return was rejected. Why?

We try to make our returns as painless as possible, but there are some reasons why a return may be rejected per our terms and conditions:

• Apparel that is worn or washed.
• The product is returned broken or non-functioning when it was described as functional.
• Any order without proof of purchase.
• Purchased as part of a clearance/all sales final sale.

Please note that all one-off, customized apparel is non-returnable.

You may be charged a restocking fee of up to $15 for returns that are rejected, depending on the value of the returned product.
