We try to make our returns as painless as possible, but there are some reasons why a return may be rejected per our terms and conditions:
- Apparel that is worn or washed.
- The product is returned broken or non-functioning when it was described as functional.
- Any order without proof of purchase.
- Purchased as part of a clearance/all sales final sale.
Please note that all one-off, customized apparel is non-returnable.
You may be charged a restocking fee of up to $15 for returns that are rejected, depending on the value of the returned product.
