Why must I verify my e-mail/provide a phone number?

We require that all orders have a verified e-mail, including when you don’t register for an account. This is a security feature to prevent fraud. We ask for your phone number as it is often required for shipments, so we have a way to contact you in case of any issues before delivery. Additionally, we’re setting up our office systems so that if you call that number for support in the future with a listed number, your information will automatically be presented to the agent for faster service.
